Requests and confirmation

A website request is an inquiry, not a completed purchase or guaranteed reservation. Final design, size, quantity, availability, production estimate and shipping must be agreed before payment. Product mockups illustrate designs; final artwork is confirmed before ordering.

Prices and payment

Displayed item prices are in US dollars before applicable tax and agreed shipping. The current Square links are for confirmed orders. They do not select variants or automatically calculate shipping. Verify the item and total before paying. A Square receipt confirms payment; KAP LLC separately confirms fulfillment. Merchandise purchases are separate from memberships, consulting and charitable donations.

Fulfillment, cancellations and returns

The shipping and return policy governs merchandise fulfillment, cancellations, eligible returns and refunds. Contact us promptly about errors or duplicate payments. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
